Adam Shealy

Managing Partner, Private Capital Advisory

Adam Shealy is the Managing Partner at Grace Hill Capital, where he leads capital placement and advisory efforts with a focus on structured senior housing transactions. With nearly two decades of experience in finance and banking, Adam has successfully executed over $1 billion in transactions, including cash flow lending, M&A advisory, and capital markets financing.

Prior to founding Grace Hill Capital, Adam held senior investment banking roles at B.C. Ziegler & Co. and Lancaster Pollard, where he focused on debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory for clients in the healthcare and senior living sectors. He began his career at global banking institutions BNP Paribas and Lloyds Banking Group, serving in front-office, capital markets, and credit roles across London, New York, and Chicago.

Adam holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Capital University. He is a FINRA-registered representative with Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.

He brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every engagement and is deeply committed to building long-term partnerships grounded in trust, transparency, and a clear focus on achieving the best outcomes for his clients.
